MangooFX undertakes to respond within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the complete request.

When you use MangooFX, we collect the following information:

‍Identity and account data
‍First name, last name, email address and profile photo retrieved via Google Sign-In. This data is essential for creating and securing your account.

‍Content related to the service
‍History of your prompts, thumbnails generated and images you upload (15-20 photos to train your “DigitalMe”).

‍Master Plan Users: you can ask, by email to privacy@mangoofx.com, that this content is not reused for promotional purposes or analyzed for the training of our models.

‍Other plans: unless there is legal opposition, MangooFX reserves the right to exploit this content to improve the AI, illustrate examples or promote the platform. No personally identifiable information is published without your explicit consent.

‍Technical journals
‍Date and time of connection, pages viewed, shortened IP address and error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention, and maintenance only.Cookies and trackers

‍Technical session cookies that are essential for operation. Audience measurement cookies and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta) deposited only after your consent via the cookie banner.

‍Payment information
‍Amount, currency, and transaction reference. Bank data is processed directly by Stripe: we never store your card number or CVV.

Account creation and management
Your Google information (name, email, photo) is used to verify your identity, secure access, and display your profile. Legal basis: execution of the contract.

‍Production of the miniatures
Your prompts, images, and settings are only used to generate the visuals you request. Legal basis: execution of the contract.

‍Continued service improvement
We analyze prompts and renderings in an aggregated manner in order to correct bugs, speed up generation and train our algorithms. The holders of Master Plan may request to be excluded from these treatments by writing to privacy@mangoofx.com. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

‍Promotional reuse
Unless opposed by the holders of the Master Plan, some anonymized thumbnails may be presented as examples on our communication media. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

‍Traffic analysis
Audience measurement cookies help us to understand the use of the site and to improve its ergonomics. Legal basis: legitimate interest or consent for non-essential cookies.

‍Communications and support
We send you emails related to your account (Token alerts, support, updates). Marketing messages or newsletters are only sent with your explicit consent.

‍Invoicing and legal obligations
Transaction data is processed to issue invoices, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting regulations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

‍Personalized advertising
If you agree, marketing cookies allow targeted ads to be displayed outside of MangooFX.

To make MangooFX work, we use several external service providers, all carefully selected for their reliability and their compliance with the RGPD. We don't share with them only the information that is strictly necessary to their mission; your data is never sold to third parties.

‍Secure payment
Transaction information is transmitted to our payment partner (Stripe) in order to process your purchases and prevent fraud. MangooFX does not keep any bank card numbers.

‍Hosting and database
Your account and thumbnail data are stored on ISO 27001 certified cloud servers located in the European Economic Area, protected by encryption and regular backups.

‍Analysis and performance
Audience measurement tools receive anonymous statistics to help us improve the speed and ergonomics of the site.

‍Support and communication
Our email system and customer support service only use your address to respond to you or send you service-related messages (or marketing if you have consented to this).

All of these partners act as subcontractors :

they can only use your data for the purposes intended by MangooFX;
they apply high security standards (encryption, access control, regular audits);
when a transfer outside the European Union is necessary, it is carried out within the legal framework of standard contractual clauses or a level of protection recognized as adequate.

MangooFX remains responsible for the treatment and constantly ensures that each of its providers respects these commitments.

We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal obligations:

‍Account and activity data
Keep for up to three (3) years after your last effective connection. Beyond that, they are anonymized or deleted, unless you reactivate your account in the meantime.

‍Billing data
Archived for ten (10) years in accordance with French accounting and tax requirements.

‍Cookies and trackers
Stored for a maximum period of thirteen (13) months from when they were deposited on your terminal, then automatically deleted if you do not renew your consent.

‍Support requests
Exchanges with our customer service are kept for two (2) years after the closing of the ticket in order to ensure the follow-up and traceability of complaints.

‍Images uploaded for “DigitalMe” and generated thumbnails
Keep as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or exercise your right to delete, these files are permanently deleted within thirty (30) days, unless otherwise required by law.

You can, at any time, request the deletion or early anonymization of your data when the law allows it, by writing to privacy@mangoofx.com.

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your data and receive a legible copy of all the information about you.

‍Right to rectification
Correct, update, or complete inaccurate or incomplete data about you.

‍Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Request the permanent deletion of your data when there is no legal obligation or legitimate interest justifying their conservation.

‍Right to limitation
Obtain the temporary freeze of certain treatments for the duration of an audit or a dispute.

‍Right to object
Oppose, for reasons relating to your particular situation, the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest (e.g. internal analyses, promotional reuse).
